Gemini is Google's flagship AI model and assistant. It has the deepest integration story of the major models (Workspace, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and, in the group's experience, the fastest swings in perceived quality.

  • Gems chat history is confusing: each Gem use spawns a new chat that must be named or pinned to save.
  • Workspace admin sees all chats. Gemini for Workspace users cannot easily delete their chat history.
  • Nonprofit Gemini does not always have the same Gmail integration as consumer accounts.
