AI for Shlichus now has a WhatsApp Community.

Alongside the existing general groups, we've added separate groups for the biggest conversations to keep them in focused threads:

AI Can Now Do the Clicking Too

A very practical AI shift happened over the past week: both Claude and ChatGPT can now do much more inside actual websites.

Claude in Chrome, the official extension, is now available on all paid Claude plans. You can ask Claude to work with the site you have open and it can click, type, move between pages and fill out forms.

Claude also now has its own browser built into Cowork in the desktop app. That browser is separate from your normal browser, so Claude doesn't automatically get access to your open tabs, passwords or browsing history.

ChatGPT has taken a similar step. ChatGPT Work can now use its cloud browser on supported websites that require you to log in. When it reaches the login, you enter your username and password yourself in a secure sign-in form. The model doesn't see them. Once you're signed in, ChatGPT can continue the task inside your account. (Website sign-in is on Plus and Pro plans.)

That changes the sort of task you can hand over. Instead of asking AI to find three possible venues, for example, you can ask it to find the venues, open their websites and start working through the inquiry process.

Use Your Personal and Chabad House Gmail Accounts Together

If you have one Google account for yourself and another for the Chabad House, this is useful.

ChatGPT now (finally) lets you connect more than one Google account at the same time for Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contacts.

So you can ask: "What does my day look like?" and have it check both calendars.

Or: "Find the email about the caterer." without first remembering whether it landed in your personal inbox or the Chabad House one.

To add another account, go to Settings, then Apps, and connect the second account there.

It's available on supported Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.

Tell AI What to Remember

A lot of us are still using AI as if every conversation starts from zero.

Next time you find yourself explaining something you've explained before (who your community is, what city you're in, what programs you run, how you like things written), tell it to remember it.

Both ChatGPT and Claude can build up this kind of context over time.

But don't wait until you happen to repeat yourself. You can also take a few minutes to give it the basic context it needs about you, then update that context as things change.

You could start with something as simple as the prompt below. Then add to it whenever you notice yourself repeating something AI should already know.

Give AI some useful context
