Pick one thing you write every single week, a class reminder, a shiur summary, a sponsor thank-you, and save your best prompt for it. Write the prompt once with your tone and your standard details, paste it each week and change only the specifics, and after three weeks compare the drafts and tighten the prompt.
When a saved prompt is not enough, promote it to a project: ChatGPT Projects, Claude Projects, or Gemini Gems keep standing instructions attached to a workspace, so every chat in it already knows your tone, your audience, what to always ask for, and what never to assume.
