So What Do I Actually Hand Over to AI?

A shliach and a small robot sort task cards into three trays at a desk, the robot pulling one tray close while they hold the middle tray together and the shliach keeps the third against his chest.

The weekly email? The Duch? Shiur prep? Donor thank-yous? Which of those should AI handle, which should you do together, and which should stay yours?

We know AI has massive potential, but sometimes get overwhelmed when it comes to practical use cases.

The Shlichus AI Audit asks you a handful of honest questions about your week. It takes about two minutes. No typing. Just tap through the questions.

You pick the tasks that fill your week, and it sorts them into three piles: what to hand to AI, what to do together with AI, and what stays yours.

At the end you get an AI brief you can copy straight into ChatGPT or Claude or your AI agent, so the results turn into action the same day.

The AI for Shlichus Group Is Almost Full. A Second One Is Open.

A room of shluchim in lively conversation around a table while a small robot holds open a door to a second bright room where rows of fresh chairs are set out.

The original AI for Shlichus WhatsApp group is almost full. So we opened a second one.

For Shluchos, there is a dedicated group as well.

Two ChatGPT Shortcuts Worth Knowing

A small robot stands on a giant keyboard pressing the @ key as a menu of icons pops up above it.

Type @ to pull something into the chat. Depending on what you have available, that can include tools, connected apps, GPTs and skills. Keep typing to find what you want instead of hunting through menus.

Type / and you get shortcuts for the chat itself. You can branch the chat from that point, copy the last response, change the model, move the chat into a project, pin it, start a new chat and more.

Is AI Your Boss, or Your Employee?

A shliach speaks at a lectern while a small robot operates a video camera on a tripod, with a large play button behind them.

Rayi Stern recently gave a talk to Beis Rivkah, tackling this question: is AI your boss, or your employee?

The answer changes how you work. An employee gets managed: you delegate clearly, you check the work, and when it gets something wrong, you correct it and improve the instructions. You can also build a team of specialists instead of expecting one assistant to do everything.

Two ideas worth using even before you watch.

Instead of building an app, write down your workflow. Most shluchim do not need custom software. They need their process written down clearly enough that AI can run it.

A Google Doc of your best prompts can become your AI playbook. Keep the prompts you reuse in one doc, and use separate chats for separate jobs. Suddenly you have a much more specialized team.
