An interactive model of the Rambam's astronomy for Kiddush HaChodesh, drillable down to the text it comes from.
The screen is a live map of the ecliptic with the twelve mazalos on it and the sun and moon moving along it. You drive the orbiting galgalim forward by a day, a month, a year or ten years, watch the positions change, then drill into the calculation behind any of them, down to the Rambam's own words in Hilchos Kiddush HaChodesh (chapters 11 to 19), with the chapter text served live from Sefaria.
Underneath it is a calculation engine that runs the full pipeline for any date and returns every intermediate step with the reference it came from. The project is open source under MIT and publishes an MCP endpoint, so an AI assistant can query the model, run a calculation and cite the source. The class transcripts it carries are Rabbi Zajac's, hosted with permission.
