Capture each peulah as it happens by voice, and turn the log into a formatted duch.

Duch is built for the reporting problem every shliach knows: the month ends and the duch has to be reconstructed from memory, a camera roll, and a few WhatsApp threads.
Instead you capture each peulah when it happens. Record a voice note, and the transcript becomes a structured entry: what happened, when, how many people, who was there. Set a measurable goal and record activity against it, then generate a formatted duch from the accumulated entries when you need it.
On its own privacy page it states that voice audio is discarded after transcription, that transcripts are processed by AI providers under business agreements, and that each account can only ever read its own records.
Invite-only pilot. Request access on the join page with your name, email, and Chabad house, and they email you when your account is approved. Worth requesting now rather than counting on today.
Treat extracted names, dates, and counts as drafts and check them, and keep an exportable copy of anything you would be sorry to lose.
How to work this way with any tool: How can I log peulos as they happen instead of writing reports from memory?
